SUSTAINABILITY
Our Commitment to Sustainability
Architectural Design

Our architectural design has been created with a view to uplifting the local community and fit in with the beauty of the environment. Our homes are being created using the latest sustainable design principles; and our community will reflect the UK’s net-zero aims to be a truly carbon neutral development.
Environmental Impact
We will be putting solar panels on the roofs of our homes to reduce the energy consumption and costs. Increased window panelling on our homes will maximise light which will reduce the need for artificial light, and we are installing dedicated electric vehicle charging points which are much needed in the local area.
Green Tech

We use green tech and sustainable building materials in all of our developments; this includes Blue roof technology, and re-using building materials where possible. We commit to adaptive re-use wherever possible, in all of projects. We are also building Integrated Green Corridors for those who wish to cycle or walk.
Social impact and regeneration of local area

We are improving on the road infrastructure in order to ensure that the local community is not impacted by the use of additional vehicles, and with a view to creating safe and green pedestrian walkways. We are also rebuilding the local playground on Tolworth Road, to contribute to our investment to this beautiful community. We will be undertaking employability programmes and career support for those in the local community interested in learning about sustainable building, with apprenticeships on offer once building starts.
Local Area Enhancement
We are rebuilding the playground next to Spring Meadows; and adding green corridors
Sustainable Building
We are using ethically-based, sustainably sourced, local products wherever possible
Green Tech
We are using green tech including the latest blue roof technology and reusing materials where available
